If you agree with our aims and objectives, the obligations of members, and commit to paying the membership fee, please fill in the application form. We require this information to get a better overview of prospective members, their areas of expertise, and their motivation to join the organisation.\nYour application to join the Latvian Association of Young Researchers will be considered by the Board within one month, and you will be informed of their decision afterward. After the affirmative review of your application, you will receive an email with information on the next steps to complete the procedure of joining the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>When joining the association, you must pay the membership fee for the current year. At the start of a new calendar year, the membership fee must be paid by February 1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The LJZA membership fee as of <strong>January 1, 2024 is 20 euros per year<\/strong> (when making the transfer, indicate \u201c<em>First name Last name<\/em>, membership fee\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The amount of the membership fee was set by a decision of the LJZA general meeting of members on March 26, 2023. To avoid forgetting to pay the membership fee, we encourage using automatic payment options.
