Pas\u0101kuma ietvaros notika vair\u0101kas saturiskas ievadrunas, kas atspogu\u013coja da\u017e\u0101du l\u012bdzdal\u012bbas instrumentu darbu l\u012bdzties\u012bbas nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161an\u0101. San\u0101ksmes organizatori sniedza ar\u012b iepriek\u0161\u0113j\u0101 perioda izv\u0113rt\u0113jumu. Proti, SAPEA vienl\u012bdz\u012bbas, da\u017e\u0101d\u012bbas, iek\u013cau\u0161anas EDI (<em>equity, diversity and inclusion<\/em> ang\u013cu valoda: vienl\u012bdz\u012bbas, da\u017e\u0101d\u012bbas un iek\u013cau\u0161anas) snieguma anal\u012bze 2016.\u20132026. gad\u0101 liecina, ka b\u016btisk\u0101k\u0101s nevienl\u012bdz\u012bbas veidojas jau nomin\u0113\u0161anas posm\u0101: dzimumu l\u012bdzsvars ir v\u0101j\u0161 (sievietes ~33% nomin\u0101ciju), un, lai gan atlase to da\u013c\u0113ji uzlabo, vair\u0101k\u0101s darba grup\u0101s joproj\u0101m p\u0101rsniegts 60% viena dzimuma slieksnis, \u012bpa\u0161i v\u012brie\u0161u domin\u0113t\u0101s discipl\u012bn\u0101s.
